Hearing Instrument Evaluations and Fittings
If there is a hearing loss, we will consult with you regarding your listening lifestyle, physical capabilities, and personal concerns in order to make recommendations for the most appropriate hearing solution. We make custom impressions of your ears and work with the manufacturer to create a properly fitting instrument. Then we program the instrument to best meet your needs, and provide you with training for the care and use of your hearing instrument.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
Hearing aids do not always help individuals in every situation. For many patients, the use of assistive listening devices, or ALDs, provides the necessary help in situation where hearing aids alone are not meeting their needs.

Captioned Telephones
We work with CapTel to help provide patients with captioned telephones. CapTel phones work with a no-cost Captioning Service to show every word your caller says. It’s like closed captions on TV, for your phone! CapTel phones are easy to use, offer a 24/7 help line, and include free installation and support. Wireless Television Transmitters
Many hearing aids have have the ability to connect wirelessly to your television. This allows the hearing impaired individual to hear the television at a comfortable level, without affecting the volume of the television itself for other listeners in the room. No more arguing about the TV being too loud! (and no more complaints from the neighbors!). .
FM Systems
FM systems allow you to have a “remote microphone” that is wirelessly connected to your hearing aids. This is particularly helpful in restaurants, group meetings, or noisy situations in which you cannot hear well due to background noise, or distance from the speaker. FM systems are also available for non-hearing aid users.
